AGAPS is proud to announce its planned activities for this year's Middle East Studies Association (MESA) conference to take place from 2-5 Nov. 2023 at the Montreal Convention Center.

AGAPS Business Meeting (open to public)
Thursday, November 2 from 12:30-2:30PM (EST) Room 512 E or via Zoom

Our annual Business Meetings are held at MESA each year and are always open to members and non-members alike. During these meetings we share our activities from the past year, plans for the coming year, and announce our annual award winners.

This year's meeting will be held in hybrid format for those who cannot attend in person. See the meeting agenda below for the Zoom link details.

AGAPS Annual Reception 2023
Thursday, November 2 from 6-9PM at Hotel Place d’Armes
In Partnership with the MENA Studies Dept. at Tulane University

Please mark your calendars for our special Happy Hour Reception at the Hotel Place d’Armes (55, rue Saint-Jacques Vieux-Montréal, QC H2Y 1K9). The venue is conveniently located across the street from the Northeast corner of the Montreal Convention Center.

This year we are very proud to announce the co-sponsorship of our reception with The Middle East and North African Studies Department at Tulane University. Come and join us for an evening filled with local cuisines, beverages, and music, plus wonderful friends and colleagues.
